Mathym is an innovative nanotechnology company dedicated to the development, manufacturing and commercialization of nano-dispersions. Since inception, we specialized in the field of biomedical applications by developing innovative nano-materials used in medical devices formulation or lighting devices. Our nanomaterials are thought to bring or reinforce critical properties such as radiopacity, refractive index or mechanical properties. Mathym employs 10 people, is ISO9001 certified and has set-up its first industrial manufacturing line. Mathym has been acquired by Baikowski in September 2019.

- ytterbium fluoride is used as a radiopacifier in dental formulations
- smallest YbF3 NP on market : 15 nm vs 100 nm

- use of Mathym NP improves the translucency and depth of cure of the dental formulation
