LABORATOIRE GENIE DES PROCEDES PAPETIERS (LGP2)

The laboratory’s research focuses on processes for the conversion and valorization of plant biomass, such as biorefinery and manufacture of bio-based materials (paper and cardboard, composites,films, nonwovens) and on printing processes for surface functionalization in particular devoted to printed electronic and additive technology (3D printing). LGP2 leads research on green processes with an emphasis on material and energy savings and on sustainable chemistry for new functional materials. Its research projects rely on the development or adaptation of multi-scale characterisation tools.
