ITASCA Consultants S.A.S, global engineering consulting and software firm specialized in numerical modelling, is the European branch of the Itasca International Inc group.
ICSAS takes place in national and international projects by providing innovative numerical solutions to solve technical problems in several areas:
• Civil engineering,
• Power generation,
• Manufacturing,
• Mining engineering
• Oil and Gas.
ICSAS is more specifically involved in batch or continuous mixing, powder compaction, auger design, sorting and segregation.
III counts nearly 170 employees (16 in the French office).

Our state-of-the-art software is solid and supported around the globe through our network of offices/affiliated sales agencies.
Our consulting services involve the application of these products to the analysis of rock and soil mass performance and the engineered structures that are dependent on that behavior.
III offers a wide range of software dealing with very different scales of analysis:
• Continuous media: FLAC/Slope, FLAC and FLAC3D,
• Fractured media: UDEC and 3DEC,
• Discrete media: PFC2D and PFC Suite.
All the products allow the mechanical, thermal, hydraulic and dynamic behavior of a material (rock, soil, grain and powder) to be studied considering different scale of analysis.
