INSTITUT DES NANOTECHNOLOGIES DE LYON (INL)

INL develops multidisciplinary technological research in the field of micro and nanotechnologies and their applications. Research activities are carried out from materials to systems, allowing the emergence of complete technological sectors. The laboratory relies on the technology platform Nanolyon.

III-V compound semiconductor compound processes, crystalline functional oxides, biochips, nanomaterials. Multifunctional integration on silicon. Structural characterization of materials.

The experimental facilities of the Nanolyon platform offer a complete set of tools and specific expertise in original technological sectors: materials/components, III-V semiconductors, Si, SiC, polymers and biochips. The platform is a tool (training, coaching) for projects for the development of nanotechnologies, nanomaterials, nanocomponents and nanocaractisations.
