INNOVERDA is a French start-up company dedicated to the implementation of Green Chemistry Solutions in the Bioeconomy as also Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry. We design, develop and implement innovative processes using continuous flow electrosynthesis and biomimetic electrochemical processes for the synthesis and manufacturing of building blocks and final molecules. From applications in the research lab to industrial production, these clean technologies enable the substitution of corrosive or toxic agents and the streamlining of production processes using new reaction pathways.

Electrosynthesis and electrodialysis can be applied on various scales and may conveniently be scaled-up.
We propose a three-phased approach to evaluate where electrochemistry-based innovations may have the highest impact, and how concretely cost savings can be achieved, due to improved process efficiency, selectivity, and reduced waste generation.
To develop new processes base on electrosynthesis and electrodialysis, we propose
1. a screening on the labscale
2. Up-scaling in our pilot
3. Transfer to industrial scale
