Ultra Pro is able to detect and make visible leaks of any pressurized gas or compressed air, air inlets (vacuum leaks) and electrical partial discharges. Allowing the search of leaks on running equipment and from a secure distance of areas of risk, the camera is already used in more than 20 countries worldwide by major players in maintenance activities of the Energy sector. Ultra Pro is a hand-held acoustic imaging device for the detection of pressurized gas leaks and electrical partial discharges. Works with any type of gas, air, steam, and vacuum. Ultra Pro is also available in an ATEX-certified version (zone 2, incl. Hydrogen)

Ultra Pro is the result of 6 years of internal development and on-the-fields tests with energy market major global players. The camera is an ultrasound sensor able to convert acoustic signals into an optical image. The front of the device is covered with 124 microphones to detect ultrasounds, with a high-resolution optical camera in the center to take pictures and videos of leaks exact location. The rear panel has a digital touch-display on which all leaks are showed in real-time, as well as a realistic estimation of the leak rate. The acoustic information captured is overlaid on the optical image for a clear understanding. Two microphones are also embedded to record voice notes ensuring a good inspection reporting. Ultra Pro also features a built-in reporting system, to visualize and export inspection data towards digital reports, ready to be shared in few clicks.
