CERMAV is a CNRS fundamental research centre devoted to Glycosciences, with strong emphasis and studies on oligosaccharides and health, glyco-nano-objects and self-assemblies, biomass transformation with technical purposes and plant cell walls. It has strong relations with academia and industries to develop innovative applications that valorise biomass on a nanoscale using state-of-the-art techniques.
