Energy Control Unit for fine chemistry reactors. The monofluid process is for accurate temperature, prevents product overheating, prevents utilities mixing, prevents double jacket corrosion, and manages exothermal reactions.
NECTACEL process for vegetable solid-liquid extraction using liquefied gas as solvent. NECTACEL process under pressure (up to 10barg) and at ambient temperature save the quality of extracted molecules. Solvent is quite totally recycled to be reused. Scale-up is possible without any capacity limit up to industrial scale. NECTACEL 1 litre useful capacity pilot is available for tests and demonstrations.
