Webinar on European regulations on import/export of chemical substances and CE marking in several webinars and workshops on the theme of innovation
All companies importing chemicals into the EU and exporting them out of the EU (chemical substances on their own or in mixtures) are concerned by these European regulations.
After an overview of European regulation n°1907/2006 REACH, during which Patrice ROUAIX will cover the pillars of the REACH regulation, and the different types of economic players concerned, he will present the roles and obligations of importers of chemical substances (on their own or in mixtures) on the territory of the European Union (EU).
Then, in a second step, he will detail the European PIC Regulation n°649/2012 and the obligations that apply to importers and exporters of certain hazardous products outside the EU.
If you're an importer or exporter of chemical substances, this one-hour webinar will give you an update on your regulatory obligations.

Manufacturers, importers and distributors are responsible for ensuring that the products they market comply with European regulations. A certain number of products are subject to CE marking. This compulsory marking is a mark of conformity for the health and safety of users.
If you fail to comply with these regulations, your product will be withdrawn from the market, and as a manufacturer, you may be subject to sanctions.
This webinar will help you understand your obligations and how to implement the marking.
