Real-time data acquisition for process control and monitoring
Poudres Durables has developed a new comprehensive support offer to help integrate Industry 4.0.
Poudres Durables has developed a new modular support offering
In processes involving powders and granules, integrating real-time monitoring remains a challenge. However, by combining on-line instrumentation solutions with a good understanding of the process, it is now possible to improve accuracy, stability and efficiency.
It is against this backdrop that Poudres Durables has recently developed a new range of support services. It has been designed for all types of product, from 0.1 µm to 6 mm, on both pilot and production scales, and for throughputs ranging from a few milligrams to several tonnes per hour.
This offering has been created on the basis of customer feedback, to help manufacturers get the most out of their facilities. It stands out for its modularity and practical approach, with a clear objective: to support a gradual improvement in performance, tailored to each industrial environment.
This approach is based on three complementary levers:
Integrating analytical solutions into a process requires expertise at every stage: selecting the right analytical tool, adapting it to the existing process (representative sampling, ATEX compliance, automation, etc.), and interpreting the data. The aim is to provide a real-time view of how the process is evolving and to identify opportunities for optimisation.
Renting online particle size analysers (Insitec, Parsum) is a proven option for validating a solution before investment or instrumenting a one-off project. This flexible, commitment-free service includes tailored support: commissioning, technical assistance, and maintenance.
This training offer is organised with CPE Lyon Formation Continue, with the possibility of creating tailor-made modules and in your workshops, as close as possible to your needs: on site or remotely, in French or English, oriented towards theory or fieldwork.
